Refund policy

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. 

All regular priced items are eligible for returns within 15 days of the received date. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hang tags attached.  For all refund requests, a flat rate restocking fee of 10$ CAD applies to all returned orders and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. In the case of exchange requests, the restocking fee is waived.

For hygiene reasons, if you are unsure about the fit or style, we ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit. Public Beach reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria.

If you paid a shipping fee on your original order, this amount is not refundable unless we are at fault - for example we shipped you a damaged or incorrect item. 

Note that all sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
