RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
All regular priced items are eligible for returns within 30 days of the received date. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hang tags attached. For all refund or exchange requests, a flat rate restocking fee of 10$ CAD applies to all returned orders and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
For hygiene reasons, if you are unsure about the fit or style, we ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit. Public Beach reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order, this amount is not refundable unless we are at fault - for example we shipped you a damaged or incorrect item.
Note that all sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
In the case of price adjustments, changes in price will be honoured by request to email@example.com should the item change price within 10 days from the initial order date.
For products purchased at third party retailers, please refer to the retailer directly for their policies.
*We reserve the right to cancel an order (without compensation) placed online if for example a style becomes unavailable.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a refund or exchange, please e-mail us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please indicate your original order number, the style you would like to return and specify if you’d like an exchange or refund. In cases of exchange requests, please provide us with the desired style and size you would like to take instead. We will issue you a prepaid return mailing label by e-mail for you to print and to ship us the item back. Please allow between 3-5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange request once we receive the package back.
Your returned item(s) must be received within fourteen days of your return request being approved, otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus applicable restocking fees of 10$, or a new item will be shipped if you requested an exchange.
