PUBLIC BEACH TAKES PRIDE IN ITS PRODUCTS. WE BELIEVE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR GOODS AND ARE NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU ARE.
Public Beach offers exchanges or refunds on items purchased online within 30 days after the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must not be worn or washed, must be in its original condition and packaging, and have all of its original labels attached. For hygiene reasons, if you are unsure about the fit or style, we ask you to not take off your undergarments when you try on the swimsuit.
After you contact us by email or telephone about your return or exchange, we’ll send you a return label by email. Please be sure to include your order number, the style you would like to return and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. In cases of exchange requests, please provide us with the desired style and size you would like to take instead. Note that all items labelled “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Public Beach reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet this criteria.
If your purchase was above $125 before taxes and you received free shipping, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Public Beach reserves the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges of goods including items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in these conditions will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.

For products purchased at third party retailers, please refer to the retailer directly for their policies.
* In the event of an error on the product (s) or a manufacturing defect, we will accept the return and will assume the cost of return on all items.
We reserve the right to cancel an order (without compensation) placed online if for example a style becomes unavailable.
