Born out of a desire to combine function with enjoyment, this new brand of men’s swimwear is designed for everything from sporting activities to walks on the beach.
Its founder, Dov Cohen, was inspired to craft the collection by his many trips to seaside destinations around the world. A fan of kitesurfing, he was stuck with the idea to create a line of impeccably cut men’s swim shorts that offer optimal freedom of movement while riding along the waves.
Boho-chic and ultra-comfortable, Public Beach swimwear is destined to become an instant classic in every man’s beachwear wardrobe.

Immersed in the realm of fashion from an early age, he owes his keen interest and career to his father, Robert Cohen. He took over the family business after learning every aspect on the ground and by his father’s side. From sales to design to distribution, he mastered the tricks of the trade and further elevated the company with the launch of several brands. In 2020, he introduced his new brand of casual-chic men’s swimwear, Public Beach.

From fabric to fit, his men’s swimwear collections are designed locally in Montreal by a team of talented and meticulous professionals. They recently perfected their printing technique on nylon to ensure a luxurious look and perfect fit.
